Willowbrook is home to 213 families in the Delaware/Columbus area. As a deed-restricted community, all homeowners agreed to certain standards when they purchased their homes. These rules exist to keep Willowbrook a great place to live — and to protect everyone's property value.
Our community is managed in partnership with Capital Property Solutions (CPS), who handles Design Review Board applications, community billing, and administrative support. The elected board sets policy and represents the homeowners.

Before you build a fence, add a shed, repaint your house, or start almost any exterior project — you need DRB approval. It's usually quick. Here's everything you need to know.

Applications are submitted through the CPS Community Portal. Create a free account, upload your site plan and photos, and pay the fee online.
